Destination Frame Ratchet Strap with Buckle

Very satisfied with the availability and ordering process for spare parts on my Hollywood Destination II bike rack. I love the bike rack itself due to the light weight and ease of attaching the bikes. I only purchased spare parts just to make sure that if I broke a strap on a long trip that I would have extra straps as insurance. I have no reason to believe that this will happen as I have been very happy with the quality - just like to be prepared.

Have had the 4 bike rack for 2 years and still working great with the exception of one of the plastic tie downs drying out and breaking off. After notifying Hollywood racks, they replaced it quickly with no questions. thanks

rack works well when bike is on but getting first bike on a four rack type is slightly difficult.
