The E Bike Rack itself is perfect for our needs.

Love the rack. Wish it was a bit lighter and/or folded. Rack is extremely secure attached to my car and my e-bikes are securely bed in place

I swear by my Destination e-bike rack. The ramp makes loading and unloading a piece of cake for this 67-year-old woman. I'm the envy of my bike group. Hollywood Service is top-notch and speedy.

I broke the T handle for the pivot. Also I had a recall issue. Both issues were taken care of right away. I had the parts in less than a week. Great customer service.

I've had Destination E for several years, love it. Recently a few parts failed on it. When I called to get replacement parts, they offered to send out without charge. I received in 4 days including weekend. Amazing Serv ice. Beat expectations.

Easy to install. A bit of fiddling with adjusting the pivot nut tension.
