Lost one of the keys so I only had one left. I wanted 2 more keys, so I ordered 2. To my surprise they came as a set of two so I now I have 4. Should be an option to order extra keys when purchasing the bike rack. Regardless, the keys fit and I received them four days after ordering. Great service for a great bike rack (Sport Rider e-bike rack).
