Short Locking Ratchet Frame Hook

I feel that Hollywood racks took care of my problem, expeditiously and in a courteous manner. Maybe a little above and beyond what I had expected.

I bought a Hollywood sport version bike rack six years ago and have been very impressed by the quality an engineering of that bike rack. I lost one of locking J Hooks recently. I held my breathe hoping they were still in business and was pleasantly surprised when I was able to talk to and order my missing part. It was shipped immediately. Couldn't be happier.

I purchased an additional short hook to better accommodate a second bike. This entire bike rack is so well designed and built I did expect the extra hook to be as well made. It was. I was also afforded the opportunity to pick from the lock options to make sure the keys I have for the other rack components match this hook. It is really perfect for what I needed. Shipping was quick and the cost was reasonable. Very satisfied with my Hollywood rack.
