Rick was the individual with whom I made initial contact via the phone. I have what at the time was an Unknown Model Hollywood Rack so there was no way to navigate your web site. Rick was able to easily find what I had purchased in 2017 and off to the races we went. While on the phone with me on my PC and Rick on his, we quickly navigated your website to identify the part(s) I needed and got them on Order. I am not at all certain, absent knowing the correct Model I have owned for five (5) years, I would have gotten to the same conclusion short an inordinate amount of time, frustration, and a handful of Social Meds….
