Destination E Bike Rack for Electric Bikes

As an older female (71), I needed a rack for my car that was both easy to install/use and load my heavy ebike (Sixthreezero EVRYjourney). This bike rack literally saved our bikes from being stolen. We used this hitch to take our e-bikes on a road trip from Arkansas to Yosemite national park and it held secure on the back of our vehicle the entire 3,400 miles. Our last night of the trip we stayed at a hotel in Amarillo and when we went to our car the next morning, all of the straps were undone but the bikes were still secure on the rack due to the locking arms. Truly amazing, heavy duty, secure, and super easy to use rack. Highly recommend!

Easy to assemble, video really helps. Works well with our two Rad Runner Plus bikes. Solid mounting with hitch receiver tensioner. Ramp makes loading and unloading easy.

Amazing rack all around. Very easy to use. And load heavy e-bikes. Even easier to assemble. Took maybe 30 minutes total! Folds up nice and tight to your car when not in use and the ability to fold the bikes forward partially a full 90° to access your trunk/ hatchback is just perfect. 10 out of 10! A must if you have a Tesla with vertical weight restrictions and own e-bikes!

This works well with my husband's electric mountain bike. We love that it doesn't wiggle or bounce around due to it being tight to the hitch. It feels safe and secure. The ramp is an added bonus. We also got the battery bag and light that shows running, breaking, and turn signals. Very pleased with our purchase!

My wife and I just bought ebikes. We are "seniors" so we wanted a sturdy reliable rack. Did lots of research and decided on the Destination e. Came in just a few days. We'll packaged. Good instructions. Pretty easy to assemble and install. Online videos helped. Really like the way it drops for tailgate access. I put both bikes on and went for a short test drive. Went well. It will take some practice for me to load and unload the bikes faster but no hurry. It is a bit heavy for me to get carry thru my yard to the shed (don't have a garage) where it will be when not in use. I'll figure that out eventually. Maybe a garden wagon will work. Anyway, glad we bought it.

I really feel this is one of the best E-Bike racks on the market. The way it locks to your trailer hitch receptacle is ingenious. And the design of the bike trays with each side sloping down is as well for keeping the bikes in place. It came perfectly packaged and with great instructions and was easy to assemble. It’s also light enough to carry by yourself to your storage area.

This rack is amazing! I went for our first ride with it yesterday (about 55 miles round trip) and it performed flawlessly with our e-bikes. Very little bike movement, even when hitting a bump. When I test fitted the bikes it took a little while to figure out which one should be in which spot, but when we loaded again for this trip, it only took about 2-3 minutes per bike to load or unload. The ramp is great, easier on my old back! I like the way the ramp easily collapses to put in the car. The tilting feature is so well engineered. I thought it would be hard to tilt both bikes back up but it was super easy. I’m so glad I decided on the Destination E, well worth the money!

We have onlys use it once so far, but it seems to be very good!!!

I can't imagine a better rack for e-bikes. Pretty much that simple. This thing is solid and secure. All of the strapping is a bit of a hassle but it all works to create the secure setup. We got the Hollywood Rack Valet and that too I would recommend. Great for storage and moving it around. I do wish there would be more light options for the rack - Hollywood has a couple but I'm not too fond of the choices. Basically, it's a good rack, get it.

Love, Love, Love the rack and the world it opens up for us to take our bikes. Only comment beyond so pleased is, one of the ratchet straps is short enough that engaging it is quite a challenge. Bike is a Lectric Peak 2.0 with 4”wide tires. I’d like a longer strap but beyond that it really is terrific, I am 71 and a had a stroke 18 months ago. No trouble operating or assembling and the bikes are rock solid all day on highways and some back roads too.

Assembly went well and did not take long. Using the assembly video and the assembly guide made it a breeze. The rack arrived an a very heavy box, so I was concerned that I would have a hart time putting on or removing it from the car. But once it was assembled, it is so well balanced that I can easily mount it by myself (I am 75 years old). Easy to put our ebikes on (especially with the ramp) and the rack folds up fairly close to the car when it is not carrying bikes. The pivot point makes it much easier to tilt the bikes down when access to the trunk is needed. We are loving this rack! Very well made. I’m glad we decided on this one!

I just love the ramp that goes on the bike rack because my eBike can be heavy, but I can just roll it right up there. Overall, this bike rack is great!

Hollywood stood by their warranty and replaced my rack when the frame fractured at a weld joint.

This is my second Hollywood rack and this one has a better design than my original rack. The ramp is much appreciated and works well. The upright support structure is now in front of both bikes instead of between them, which is an immense improvement in functionality. My rack included a free tail light bar which clinched the deal for me. It, too works flawlessly. Hollywood Bike Racks has been around for many years now, which instills confidence, and I hope they’re in business for many more years-they make good products and seem to work hard on continuous improvement.

While it took time to get everything assembled, the work was straightforward, and our bikes were mounted to the rack perfectly.

My XP4 step thru fits well on the rack. The short arm holds the bike well. The ramp is perfect. The clamp tie downs are easy to use and hold the bike securely. The locking systems for the arms and hitch work well. The rack fits on my Ford Escape perfectly. I can easily fold the rack into it's various positions and easily remove it from the hitch when I want it off my car. I am a older women of 5 foot and can easily maneuver the rack and load the bike by myself. I could not be more pleased with this rack. It rides so well on the car and is very sturdy. It was worth every penny. I could not be happier and I'm sure I will have it for many years to come.

The destination is a perfect fit for 2 Lectric Bike 3.0XP’s. The bikes hardly move at all going down our bumpy highways!

I did a lot of research prior to selecting the Destination E rack, and chose it for its robust construction, clever design, and secure attachment to the frame of heavy e-bikes. Simply put, it's an outstanding product, well worth the price.

So nice to roll not lift. Kinda complicated but that’s a good thing with heavy e-bikes. Took me a couple of times to figure out how it works but all good now.
