I had a problem with the grips that support the vertical bar that holds the bike. I sent an email. They sent a new part that arrived as fast as it could without overnight shipping. A 2 minute fix with great instructions! I’m 79 and very happy with their support!
New to e-bikes and bike carriers. Needed one rated for a 5th wheel trailer. On our first trip with it now. Working great. Bikes are solid and I know it is taking a beating mounted to our 5th wheel. Easy to assemble. Light enough for a ‘senior’ to install in receiver.
